We can take out the stress of it.  Working to a budget is what we are good at. We have a straight forward fee plan. 25% of your spend budget.  This includes consultation to make sure we know your exact requirements, research, shopping, installation and set up.  You set the budget and we stick to it.

 

There is no doubt a beautifully presented property will attract a higher return for your investment.  As an example a  2 bed cottage could cost around £10,000 to completely furnish mid range, plus 25% is £12,500. All you have to do is turn up and put your feet up.  Bliss!
