Vacant Properties

We will visit your property to discuss your requirements and take some measurements.  This will then allow us to quote you for a full stage or partial stage as necessary.  Once a fee is agreed, we will plan an installation date.  The initial contract fee includes an 8 week hire (negotiable) of all furniture and decor.  Subsequent months, should you require, will be charged at a reduced rate at a rental cost only.  Until we have visited and assessed your property we are unable to give an accurate quote.  As a guide, an average 3-5 bed property can be fully staged for around £6,000-£10,000 respectively.  Larger properties will require more furniture and accessories so fees may vary.  It may sound a lot but the statistics talk for themselves.

If a purchaser wishes to buy the property furnished, a price can by agreed to include the furniture and fittings over and above the sale price of the property.  This can be negotiated on request.

Furnished Homes

If your property is already being marketed but isn't attracting sufficient interest or offers, you may wish to consider revitalising the look of your home by allowing us to add or replace and style soft furnishings.  (It may be advantageous to request your selling agent to retake internal photographs for a relaunch.)  This service, including lighting and accessories will start at around £1,500.  All prices include, site visits, design, installation and removal.

New Build Show Homes

New build show homes are more likely to be long term commitment so a rental contract may not be the most economical approach.  In this case, a quote to buy the furniture as a package will be provided and the furniture then belongs to you.  Again this  service includes styling and installation.
